Ecolab // 100% Impact
To celebrate Ecolab’s 100th anniversary, our team threw the literal party of the century for 4,000 close friends. ADVOC8 built an electric experience that centered around four distinct activations–one for each of Ecolab’s sustainability objectives.
As a leading art director I was tasked with concepting and art directing two of the evening’s activations outlined below.

ACTIVATION ONE:
The Clean Cocktail Lab
A fun cocktail experience designed as an homage to Ecolab's prestigious Science Certified seal
Base Bar:
First stop in the experience was the Base Bar where bartenders poured out base drinks and set guests up for their journey through the lab.
Mixer Lab & Garnish Garden:
While inside the lab, guests were encouraged to explore and customize their signature blue drinks with mixers, bitters, and aromas. Each step in the process tied back to Ecolab’s Science Certified seal.
Rest Easy Tunnel & Lounge:
After crafting their cocktails in the lab, guests traveled through a tunnel where they “sealed” their cocktail with a color-changing splash of citrus, and joined their friends in the Rest Easy lounge.

The Innovation Gallery
A gallery of future Ecolab innovations manned by experts and brought to life with swooping walls covered in bold graphics

While I was involved in concepting and the design of the event across the board, my role specifically focused on art directing the two main activations detailed above: The Clean Cocktail Lab and The Innovation Gallery.
I worked with a CD and fellow art director to concept ideas for each activation, weaving in messaging developed alongside our strategy team. Sketches were handed off to fabricators to bring to life. I then developed a design direction and worked with a design team to build out graphics for each activation.
